About The Fitness Expert

Tracey Gerety is the owner creator of Fitwalk, LLC. She is a certified Personal Trainer, A RYT-200hr yoga instructor and a NASM Weight Loss Specialist.

Tracey has been teaching and training for over 15 years, her style incorporates functional movements using body weight and additional equipment to utilize all our body parts.

Growing up, her grandmother was a nutritionist and so health and nutrition have always played a big roll in her life. Her philosophy is food is a staple in our wellbeing from our emotions around it to our choices, food should be nothing but delicious and soul satisfying.
